Oasis Middle School
Oasis Middle School wishes to fund raise for H2O for Life projects because we understand that some groups do not have the same opportunities and comfortable lifestyle as we do in the United States. Funding for this will change many lives in Africa and will inspire others to do the same.

Oklahoma Road Middle School
Oklahoma Road Middle School was inspired by a lesson taught by 6th grade math teacher Mrs. Morgan. As a school we learned about Water Crisis and the struggles that many people have to face daily in order to get water. Two eighth graders, Sasa M. and James M. as well as their team decided to do something about the problem and help people in developing countries. Our school held a Walk for Water and fundraiser to raise money for people in developing countries. With this fundraiser Oklahoma Road Middle School was able to raise $2,000 to help the Water Crisis.

Olivia’s 2024 Walk For Water
Back before COVID when I was attending Manhattan Beach Middle School, I learned about the water crisis in Africa through my history class. I couldn’t believe that students weren’t able to go to school and study because they had to walk several miles each day to get fresh drinking water in order to survive. I discovered this incredible organization, WALK FOR WATER, and because of YOU was able to build not one, but TWO wells for two different schools. This afforded dozens of students the ability to learn rather than walk for water each day. The world shut down, I started a new school, and basketball has consumed my every weekend but I keep thinking about how good it felt to do this and I want to try it again. Last time we raised over $3400 dollars. We’ve set a similar goal this year and I’m asking for your help. Whether it is $5 or $500, it helps. I’m hoping to visit these schools as a graduation present in 2025. THANK YOU for considering giving your support. I know the world feels crazy and unstable right now but by giving just a little, you are providing opportunity and hope for children who have it much tougher than us. Thank you. Olivia “Livi” Lagao

Oltman Middle School
In 6th grade Critical Thinking class we are working towards raising awareness and making a difference with the global water crisis. We will be reading the book, "A Long Walk to Water" as well as doing our own walk for water during the last week of school. We are 5 "Critical Thinking" classes coming together to help fund a project in South Sudan. We are taking part in a "global water crisis" unit, which includes a walk for water service learning project to give back. We are currently reading the book, "A Long Walk to Water", and will be walking at the end of November.

Oneka Elementary School - BOSS Group
The Oneka BOSS (Bears Outstanding Service Superheroes) group is ending our year of service with a fundraiser for H2O for Life. After participating in We Day, our 4th and 5th grade members were inspired to make a difference in our community, our country, and our world.

Osceola High School-Why Wait
Through the school club "Why Wait?", students are encouraged to change the world in the areas they are passionate about. One of the current projects is an event to recognize World Water Day, and the money raised will be donated to this community through H2O for Life.

Otter Lake Elementary School
There is a water crisis throughout the world that is creating economic, social, educational and, worst of all, life threatening conditions. We can help change that statistic for our partner school. We want our students to know that by working together, we can make a difference in the world! We hope that all students in our school will benefit from our partnership with H2O for Life. Students will be challenged to think about their own habits concerning water usage, and will develop awareness of the enormity of the issues surrounding water in our world. We hope our school will be committed to make this project for our partner school a reality.
