Water Warriors in White Bear Lake Unite!

In the town of White Bear Lake, two elementary schools, Matoska International and Willow Lane, are teaming up to learn more about the global water crisis and take action! Both schools have their own “Water Warriors” Club where their teachers have introduced them to the Global Water Crisis and H2O for Life. St. Augustine Indulusia Well Complete!

St. Augustine Indulusia Primary School in Kenya now has access to clean water, thanks to the completion of their borehole well! Clean flowing water is already making a difference in the lives of the students and staff. This will provide them with a reliable water source for their daily needs. Here is the report provided by our implementing partner, The Water Project. We installed new latrines and handwashing stations, then trained students and staff on improved sanitation and hygiene practices. Women’s Production Program

The Women’s Production Program: Impact Design Lab, located in the Volta Region of Ghana, is a women-led social enterprise focused on sewing, batik tie-dye production, clothing designs, embroidery, and soap making. The program engages in these essential businesses to provide ready employment to rural women who successfully graduate from the Women’s Apprenticeship Program. The ultimate goal is to empower rural women economically so they can support themselves and their children, thereby eradicating poverty while creating styled clothes using ethical fabric.
