Art, Awareness, and Impact: The NHS Comets’ Annual H2O Sip and Paint!
Creativity met community action at Commonwealth-Parkville School in San Juan, PR, where the NHS Comets Chapter hosted their annual H2O Sip and Paint fundraiser. The afternoon was filled with bright colors, full hearts, and a shared mission to make a global difference.
With their entry fees covering all materials and snacks, students and teachers gathered for a vibrant watercolor workshop. But this wasn’t just your average art class. As participants sipped on water and sodas, they also immersed themselves in learning about the critical efforts of H2O For Life and the specific sponsored project their community is supporting in South Sudan.
It was the perfect blend of relaxation and education—spending an afternoon mastering watercolor techniques while reflecting on the importance of global water accessibility.
Thanks to the incredible turnout and the dedication of the NHS Comets Chapter, the event was a massive success!
Congratulations to the NHS Comets of Commonwealth-Parkville School for hosting such a meaningful and successful event.
