New latrines open for business!

Mbaale Primary School, Uganda was in desperate need of a sanitation intervention. Students and teachers (460+ people) did not have any safe latrines to ‘relieve’ themselves. This forced the children to go to the bush or, to not come to school at all. A very passionate headteacher, along with parents, tried to construct a temporary latrine, but it was collapsing and very dangerous. This was an urgent safety and health concern and the school would have been shut down if a solution was not found.
Thanks to the following for supporting the construction of these beautiful new latrines!
