PAYMENT POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your spot now. The balance is due 90 days before commencement of the arrangements. If the reservation is made within 90 days of departure the total amount is required at the time of confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
90 – 60 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour cost.
59 – 46 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 75% of the tour cost.
Cancellations received within 45 days of departure will be subject to forfeiture of the entire tour cost.
Note: Any refunds will be net of bank charges and less 10% as handling fees.

ITINERARY
DAY 1: ARRIVE IN NAIROBI
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, met by our Airport Concierge Executive and assisted to clear with Immigration and Customs formalities. Proceed to the International Arrivals where you will be introduced to your professional English-speaking safari driver guide and transferred to Wildebeest Eco Camp, Nairobi. (Change money at the airport)
DAY 2: NAIROBI
Visit to Women’s Bead Factory. The business was started to help women around Nairobi with regular employment so that they could support their families and educate their children.
Visit to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Elephant Orphanage.
After lunch, Tour the largest slum in Africa and learn about the amazing work of Shining Hope for Communities, a non-profit and partner of H2O for Life. Suggested Reading: Read about the founder in the book “Find me Unafraid” by Kennedy Odede.
Overnight at Wildebeest Eco Camp. Greatest small gift shop in Nairobi!
DAY 3: NAIROBI / SALAMA
Breakfast at Eco Camp. Drive to Salama. Overnight in Kathungu Village- FIRST H2O for Life partnership project. Tour the schools, the farming area and meet many local community members. Meals included.
DAY 4: SALAMA / NAIROBI
Drive back to Nairobi. Lunch at the Tamambo Karen Blixen Coffee Garden. The restaurant is surrounded by one of the oldest formal gardens in Kenya.
Afternoon shopping at Utamaduni Craft Center and at Galleria Mall.
Dinner will be at the Eco Camp. Overnight at Wildebeest Eco Camp – Deluxe Safari Tents
DAY 5: NAIROBI / NAROK
Breakfast at Eco Camp. Drive over the Rift Valley Escarpment.
Drive to Nasaruni Academy, an H2O for Life Partner School. Overnight at Nasaruni.
DAY 6 NAROK / MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
After breakfast at Nasaruni, drive to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, in route game drive to Ashnil Mara Camp arriving in time for lunch. Ashnil Mara Camp is located along the confluence of the Mara and Olkeju Rivers. The tents overlook the plains of the Masai Mara and have in-suite bathrooms and a sun deck for relaxation while watching game.
The main guest area is shaded by a canopy of acacia trees and consists of the reception, lounge area, dining area, bar, a large veranda deck and there is a swimming pool area. After lunch, there is time to relax, before your late afternoon game viewing drive in the reserve. Overnight at Ashnil Mara Camp.
DAY 7: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
This day will be spent in the reserve. View the abundant scenery and abundant wildlife. Optional visit to a Maasai community Overnight at Ashnil Mara Camp.
DAY 8: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE / NAIROBI / DEPART
Breakfast at the camp. Final morning game drive as you exit the reserve.
Day rooms at Four Points by Sheraton Airport Hotel. Located close to the airport for an easy late evening departure. Restaurants, outdoor pool, spa, and wellness center. Rooms for resting and re-packing!
Later, you will transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, for your international departure flight.
*Price includes all accommodations, land transportation and most meals. Flights to and from Nairobi, as well as spending cash for tips and shopping, are NOT included.
