Dricile borehole drilled

Posted by Steve Hall on November 12, 2020

Dricile Primary School is located in Koboko, Uganda in an area called West Nile, which is near the border of the Congo (DRC). The school has 884 students in total – 478 boys and 406 girls.

Dricile School previously had no source of water which meant students were forced to fetch unsafe water multiple times daily from a stream more than 1 km away. These students urgently needed a permanent source of clean water. Having this new borehole well on the school grounds will provide plentiful safe water and allow these students to concentrate on their studies.
