There is an urgent need for implementation of safe water, sanitation and hygiene education projects (WASH) for schools around the world. The addition of WASH facilities improves the health and learning performance of students by reducing the incidence of water and sanitation related diseases. Student attendance also increases when facilities are available on school grounds. Please donate to my fundraiser, which will be on Saturday, November 9th. The Westridge School for Girls Water Warriors club will be walking laps around the Rose Bowl, a huge stadium, with a gallon of water balanced on our heads. This symbolizes the tons and tons of water that women all over the world are carrying instead of being at school or playing with other kids their age. If you donate, you will help provide irrigation systems, faucets, and fresh water to these places, and help the people in need. Anything you can give is a huge help!
