Wanting to help our Highland H2O Water Walk, 8th Grader Mia Funari contacted the company Puravida Bracelets. This company sells hand made, unique bracelets made by artisans in Costa Rica. Puravida’s Charity collection of bracelets was created to give back to different causes all over the world. They are partnered with over 190 charities and have donated more than $877,058 to date.
Mia asked the company if they would be willing to donate some of their Water Hope bracelets to support our H2O water walk. The company sent Mia 20 bracelets which Highland will use as a fundraiser. Students will have the opportunity to buy a raffle ticket for 50 cents to win a bracelet.
