At GIA, our Gifted Program believes scholars learn best when their learning creates real-world impact. Service learning allows our students to connect academic skills with meaningful global challenges, like access to clean water in schools around the world. By supporting clean water initiatives, scholars develop empathy, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of how basic needs shape education and opportunity. This project empowers our gifted learners to use their voices and talents to make a difference—showing them that even small actions can help create a healthier, safer future for students everywhere.
