Women in STEAM - Lalita Prasida

Lalita is the winner of the 2015 Google Science Fair competition, at age 14!  Her invention cleans up dirty water using discarded and re-purposed corn cobs. The companion lesson, "Clean It Up!" guides students through an engineering design cycle to create a functioning water filter from common materials.
