Gigi and Izzie Bizar
Welcome to our mother/daughter fundraising page! We love getting the opportunity to raise funds and awareness about the global water crisis. There is an urgent need for implementation of safe water, sanitation and hygiene education projects (WASH in Schools) for schools around the world. The addition of WASH facilities improves the health and learning performance of students by reducing the incidence of water and sanitation related diseases. Student attendance and time in class also increases when facilities are available on school grounds. On November 14th we will do a walk with water where we will walk 3 miles with 1 gallon of water to simulate what it would be like to walk a long distance carrying water. This is Izzie's first year as a water warrior! After watching mom do this work for years, she is excited to help be a part of making a difference!
