Highland Middle School

Highland Middle School students have voted to raise $1500.00 or more for a school in the Dominican Republic. Our school decided to follow the Because I said I would.......theme and make our promise to help others in another country. We are proud to be making a difference in the lives of others through a service learning project.

We will be doing a variety of activities to raise money for this project. We have started by collecting rainwater in gallon-size jugs to be used in our H2O water Walk. We had our kick-off and sold popsicles to our students which brought in our first money. We will be having competitions through-out the year to raise money. Our staff and students will be purchasing the H2O t-shirts in the near future. We are doing this....because we said we would!
