The Anglo-American School of Sofia

Students at the Anglo-American International School of Sofia are involved in a Global Citizenship Project in which they are committed to helping others locally as well as on a global scale. We are excited to have the opportunity to help schools that are in need of accessible fresh drinking water and new latrines.

Our PreK-12 students will participate in an awareness campaign beginning on March 22nd - World Water Day. We are interested in educating others about the importance of what many of us take for granted - clean and accessible water. We plan to fundraise with a coin drive and bakesales leading up to our Walk for Water which will be held on April 17th this year.

We appreciate that H2O provides us the opportunity to help others as well as the chance to raise awareness about the water crisis within an international community.
