Wheaton Christian Grammar School is ending the year in service with a SMART Walk 4 Water put on by SMART2bfit.
We will have a service learning day that will educate us about Tanzania and global water scarcity while raising funds for borehole wells for the children of Tanzania. This well benefit 418 children who typically have to walk nearly 4 miles every morning before school to fetch water at the Lipuli Secondary School. Our hope is that WCGS will better understand water scarcity throughout the world, have a greater heart for service, and will raise funds for 2 wells in Tanzania.
