New borehole well drilled
October 23, 2019
Birijaku Primary School is located in a very needy part of West Nile in Koboko, Uganda.
BEFORE:
The school has just over 1,500 students and no water! This community is made up of locals and refugees from South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The only current water source is rain, which the area doesn’t get enough to consider rainwater harvesting as a solution. They desperately need a well.
AFTER:
Successful well is drilled! This borehole well is now providing these students all the clean water they so desperately need and it's located right on the school property!
