What was done:
· Geophysical survey
· Water well drilling
· Water well covering/protection until the next phase which will make the safe water accessible
Having access to clean safe water at the school means that:
· Students will have safe clean drinking water
· Reduce student illnesses from waterborne diseases caused by drinking water that is not safe to consume
· Students will be able to attend school regularly
· Students will be able come to school and stay in school instead of spending time searching and fetching water. Especially for the girls who are mainly responsible for house chores and fetching water for their families
· Students can focus on learning
· Bring hope
· Break the cycle of poverty
· Allow kids to be kids!
