Becoming a Global Leader in Your Community
This leadership program is meant to develop the leadership skills of students by walking them through the Global Water Crisis and teaching them to take action through a service-learning project. This program is based on 5 Day Lessons Plans:
- Understanding Issues: The Global Water Crisis
- Becoming a Global Leader: Environmental leaders and leadership skills
- How to Be a Good Advocate: Understanding the connection between leadership and advocacy
- Service-Learning Project: Implement a project based on what you learned in the prior lessons
- Reflecting and Growing: Learning from your experiences and taking time to make future goals to grow as a leader and advocate
