Ishikawa Elementary School - H20 For Life

The sixth grade classes at Ishikawa Elementary School in Mesa, Arizona, took part in our 4th annual H2O For Life fundraiser.  The students  completed  a 5k walk wearing their H2O shirts, and each carryied a gallon of water.  They also asked the student body to donate at least $1.00. Those students who did donate, wrote their name on a water droplet and added it to our large display in the gym.  Several students took upon themselves to have neighborhood bake sales, made bracelets to sell, and even had a lemonade stand! We are proud of our students for the part they played to advocate for clean drinking water, and help educate others about this very important cause.
