Hi, I’m Vera, and welcome to my Water Warriors fundraising page! This is my first year as a Water Warrior! I’m excited to learn and raise money for a very important cause. I would love to get the opportunity to raise funds and awareness about the global water crisis affecting all of us. There is an urgent need to apply for safe water, sanitation, and hygiene education projects. These facilities will improve the health and learning performance of students in Africa by reducing the rate of water and sanitation-related diseases. On November 6th I will walk 3 miles along with the other Water Warriors carrying 1 gallon of water to simulate how many women and girls in Africa must walk long distances carrying water every day. Over this school year, I want to be able to learn, raise money, and support this cause. Please help me reach my fundraising goal of over $1000. Every little bit helps the cause!
