Hi! There is a shortage of access to clean, safe water around the world, particularly in developing countries. Girls and women spend hours each day walking to water sources, only to bring back dirty water that can make them sick. As this job is mainly performed by women and girls, it is much harder for girls to get an education. When clean water sources are present in villages or schools, class attendance increases and students get access to clean, SAFE, water. We are having a walk for water on December 12th, so please donate to my fundraiser! This will go towards building water storage tanks in the Navajo Nation, a well in Pajule Public Primary School (Uganda), and another well in Obolokome Primary School (Uganda). Any small amount you can give makes a difference.
